It is recommended to start the presentation with conclusions and recommendations, add 2-3 slides with the key data points that led us to the recommendations, and focus the meeting on discussion, decisions, and actions to be taken.

Notice how much more clearly and simpler the point of the letter comes across, and how much more impact it has if you rewrite it from the bottom up, putting your conclusions first.
